Everyone should have the right to own a weapon as long as they go through a course and become certified/approved. Every weapon will be registered and there will be renewals to the gun permits.
Death Penalty
Every state will be required to enforce the death penalty. If every state is equal in punishment, national crime rates should lower because of more severe consequences to actions.
Animal Rights
Protection of animals shall be provided. Abuse and neglect will not be tolerated under any circumstances. The right to own an animal will be taken away if this is violated.
Welfare
In order to be on welfare, you must be working, agree to monthly drug tests, agree to your purchases being monitored, (You need to be buying necessities not luxury items), and agree to take a life management course. Welfare is meant to be temporary not a lifestyle.
Food Stamps
In order to get food stamps, you must have a job, must have three kids or less.
Social Security
At the age of sixty if you have worked most of you adult life, then you should be guaranteed social security.
Abortion
Abortion should be illegal except for certain circumstances. Otherwise it is taking away a life from someone who doesn't get a say.
Child Support
If you are not actively involved in your childs life then you should be required to help provide for that child. Monthly payments will be needed to help that child grow up until the age of eighteen.
Illegal Immigration
If you are found to be in the country illegally you will be immediately deported. Illegal immigration will not be tolerated, border control will expand.
Government Surveillance
The government will not be given the right to censor speech, press, media, and the internet.
Birth Control/Women’s Rights
Birth control should be open to anyone who needs access to it. The government shouldn’t be involved because it is a personal decision.
Health Care
You will have the right to choose to not have health care but with that comes responsibility. If you cannot pay for your medical bills then you will not receive health care.
Environment
It will mandatory for everyone to recycle.
Unemployment/ Foreign Affairs
Cars will not be made over seas that are sold in America. In order to boost our economy and provide jobs only American auto industries will be allowed in America.
Religion Everyone has the right to their own beliefs. Opinions shall not be forced onto other people. Government and religion will be separated.
